Heap leach pads, tailings facilities and process solution ponds.

Base liners, leachate ponds, caps and hazardous waste containment.

Food-grade pond liners for fish and shrimp farming operations.

Reservoirs, irrigation canals, dams and water storage systems.

Road subgrade separation, tunnel waterproofing and erosion control.

Tailings storage, wastewater lagoons and remediation containment.
Geomembrane-grade HDPE from Sabic, Chevron Phillips and Borealis. Zero recycled content; every lot passes DSC and MFR checks before silo loading.
German-engineered calendering lines with laser thickness scanning and spark pinhole detection keep gauge and surface consistent across the full roll.
Tensile, tear, puncture, carbon black and OIT tested on every production batch against GRI-GM13 and GRI-GM17 before release.
Each roll carries a thermal-printed label with thickness, dimensions, batch ID and raw-material MTR reference. Retained samples stay on file.

Tier-1 resin with original Certificate of Analysis for full traceability.
QA sampling for melt flow rate and density against internal specifications.
Closed-loop ultrasonic monitoring keeps deviation within ±3%.
Dimensions, extrusion temperatures and line speed recorded per batch.
ASTM and GRI-GM13 / GM17 batch testing before any shipment leaves.

1.5 mm textured HDPE with 600 g/m² PET geotextile stopped liner slippage on steep slopes and raised leaching efficiency through leak elimination.

2.0 mm smooth HDPE to ASTM D6693 with high-OIT stabilization for tropical humidity — engineered for five decades of zero leachate seepage.

0.5 / 0.75 mm food-grade LLDPE from 100% virgin resin removed heavy-metal leaching risk and lifted survival rates versus traditional ponds.

Data-driven production workflows audited under ZCC and CNAS-accredited supervision — accepted for large-infrastructure supplier qualification.
Active member of the International Geosynthetics Society, aligned with current international technical specifications.
On-site sampling and sealed-witness testing supported through SGS, Intertek, BTTG and TRI Environmental, alongside our GAI-LAP accredited in-house laboratory.

Rolls wound on 10 mm+ reinforced cores, wrapped in dual UV-stabilized PE layers and a tear-resistant woven jacket for sea freight and site storage.
Roll lengths planned around 20GP / 40HQ utilization; every shipment documented with photos, integrity checks and verified seal numbers.
Written warranty agreements matched to the application environment, with service life beyond 50 years in buried conditions.
Project-based roll width and length cut field joints, shorten installation time and lower welding risk on site.
Trial orders for regular specifications start from 1–3 tons. For export shipments we recommend at least one 20GP container, which gives a more competitive cost per square meter. Customized thickness, width or roll length may carry a higher MOQ depending on production scheduling.
Standard products are usually produced within 7–15 days after specifications are confirmed and the deposit is received. Customized orders, mixed-container loading or peak-season production typically take 15–25 days. The delivery schedule is confirmed before mass production.
The commonly requested geomembrane range is 0.75 mm to 3.0 mm, with PET non-woven geotextiles from 100 to 1,200 g/m². Custom roll width and roll length are supported to reduce seam quantity and improve installation efficiency on site.
Yes. We provide Technical Data Sheets and batch-specific test data covering thickness, tensile properties, puncture resistance and other key values required for project approval and procurement review. Third-party witnessing through SGS, Intertek, BTTG or TRI Environmental can be arranged.
Yes. Thickness, width, roll length, surface type and packing marks can all be adjusted to project requirements. For large projects we recommend confirming the specification sheet before production to reduce procurement risk and avoid repeated revisions.
Six details are enough: product type, thickness or weight, roll size, order quantity, destination port and application. If you also share drawings, technical standards or tender requirements, we can usually cut one to three rounds of communication and quote more accurately.
Share your application, thickness, quantity and destination — our engineers reply with pricing, roll configuration and the applicable test documentation.
