Smooth HDPE

Smooth on both faces for ponds, reservoirs and containment cells where the design does not require a textured interface.

Single-sided textured HDPE

One rough face and one smooth face. Used where the liner design requires increased friction at one interface.

Double-sided textured HDPE

Roughness on both faces for layered containment systems with friction requirements above and below the liner.

PET geotextile protection

Jinseed also manufactures PET non-woven geotextile in 100–830 g/m² grades, with widths up to 6 m. Include the engineer-specified protection layer in the same material enquiry.

Rolls planned for handling and loading

Reinforced cores and lifting straps support roll handling. Confirm roll length, mass, packing and unloading requirements before production.

Traceable shipment records

Jinseed’s published export process includes loading photographs and container seal records. Agree the packing list and roll-identification records with the order.

Gross roll area is not installed coverage

A listed 1.5 mm smooth roll at 8 m × 140 m contains 1,120 m² of sheet. Net coverage must allow for seams, anchoring, detailing and cutting losses.

What determines the price of an HDPE liner?

Thickness, surface, roll dimensions, order quantity and delivery terms affect the quotation. Send the required area or tonnage, destination port and project specification so the quote can include the material and agreed shipping scope.

Can I order to a GRI-GM13 specification?

Send the required GRI-GM13 revision, thickness, surface and any additional tender criteria. Ask Jinseed to confirm compliance and provide the applicable product data and test documentation for the quoted grade before approval.

What are the minimum order and lead time?

Published trial orders start from 1–3 tonnes for regular specifications. Standard production is listed at 7–15 days after specification approval and deposit; custom orders at 15–25 days. The quotation confirms the minimum and schedule for your configuration. Freight and customs time are additional.

How do I choose the HDPE liner thickness?

Start with the project specification. Jinseed lists smooth grades from 1.0 to 3.0 mm; selection also depends on subgrade, puncture loading, exposure, protection layers and local requirements. Share the drawing or material schedule for a grade quotation. Thickness alone does not establish suitability for a containment system.

What warranty applies to my order?

Request the written warranty for the quoted grade and application before ordering. Check its duration, covered defects, installation and storage conditions, exclusions and claim procedure. A projected material service life is not the same as a product warranty.

Is installation guidance available?

Jinseed publishes an installation guide covering handling, subgrade preparation and seaming. Welding parameters, seam tests and acceptance criteria must follow the project specification and site conditions; agree any additional technical support in the quotation.
