We make needle-punched PET geotextile in our own factory in Guangdong, China — 100 to 830 g/m², rolls up to 6 m wide, every batch tested before it ships. You buy from the factory, not from a trader.
Long polyester threads are laid into a loose web, then thousands of needles punch through it and lock the threads together. No glue, no weaving. Water passes through the fabric, but soil stays behind it.

The ore is sharp and the slopes are steep. The fabric went under the textured liner as a cushion and took the point loads. With leaks eliminated, the mine's leaching efficiency rose by 12.4%.
How cushion installation works
With fine soil kept out of the gravel base, drainage keeps working and the base stays at design thickness. Long-term pavement records show roads built this way last 15–18 years instead of 10–12.

A 40HQ takes about 38–39 rolls — roughly 50,000 m² of 200 g/m² fabric, or about 17,000 m² of 600 g/m². We plan the roll sizes around your project before production.
Rolls are wound on reinforced cores and secured with lifting straps at both ends.
You get loading photos, structural checks and container seal numbers before the truck leaves the factory.

PET is stronger and holds its shape better under a load that stays for years, so most road and reinforcement jobs use PET. PP handles high-alkali ground better, for example next to concrete. Tell us your soil conditions and we will tell you which one fits.
Match the weight to the job. 100–200 g/m² covers light drainage like French drains. 300–500 g/m² is standard for separating soil and gravel under roads. 600 g/m² and above protects geomembrane liners in landfills and reservoirs.
Every order ships with a Manufacturer's Quality Certificate showing the batch results for grab tensile (ASTM D4632), CBR puncture (ASTM D6241) and permittivity (ASTM D4491). If your project needs it, BTTG or TRI Environmental can sample and seal the goods before loading.
Widths go up to 6 meters. Roll length depends on the weight — for example about 220 m per roll at 200 g/m² and about 75 m at 600 g/m². We can plan roll sizes around your layout to cut field seams.

The fabric has UV stabilizers and keeps over 75% of its strength after 500 hours of test exposure, but it is made to be buried. Cover it with soil or aggregate within 48–72 hours of laying it out.
Trial orders start from 1–3 tons. Standard production takes 7–15 days after we confirm the specification and receive the deposit; custom orders take 15–25 days.
