We make HDPE liners for dams, reservoirs, canals and ponds in our own factory in Guangdong, China. Every roll is tested to GRI-GM13 and shipped directly to buyers in 50+ countries.
An unlined canal or pond loses water into the ground every day. An HDPE liner stops that. The sheet does not react with the water, does not crack in the sun, and does not care about frost or heat.

Sealing for earth dams and embankments. Textured faces grip steep slopes.

Water passes through at a rate too small to measure in the field.
Tested per ASTM D5397 — the sheet resists cracking under constant load.
HPOIT per ASTM D5885, so the material ages slowly in sun and warm water.
Held edge to edge across the full roll width — the industry standard allows ±10%.
It comes down to water depth and how rough the ground is. These are the starting points we see in most projects.

Thickness, surface type, roll width and cushion layer — matched to your water depth and soil, not a guess.
Factory-direct price per square meter, the production date, and the freight plan to your port.
Real cuttings mailed to your office, so your team can feel the sheet and test a weld before you commit.
Data sheet, batch test reports and certificates — ready to drop into your engineering submittals.

A 50 km canal lined with 2.0 mm HDPE. After lining, seepage loss dropped by 95% and irrigation water now reaches 15,000 hectares of farmland.
Resin comes in, finished rolls go out, and every step in between happens under one roof in Zhaoqing, Guangdong.
55,000 m² plant — extrusion, testing and packing on one site
German flat-die lines — rolls up to 8.0 m wide, so your site needs fewer seams
Named resin suppliers — Sabic, Chevron Phillips, Borealis, with a certificate for every batch
Virgin HDPE only — no recycled material in any roll

Ultrasonic and laser scanners track thickness as the sheet runs, and a spark test finds pinholes too small to see.

Every batch is tested for tensile strength, stress-crack resistance and oxidation resistance in our Certified in-house lab.

Level and compacted, free of sharp stones and roots. A geotextile cushion goes under the liner on rough ground.

Panels are deployed to the layout plan with a 100–150 mm overlap along every seam.

Dual-track hot wedge welding for the long seams; extrusion welding for corners, pipes and repairs.

Air test at 0.25 MPa for 5 minutes on dual-track welds; vacuum box testing on extrusion welds.

Stones in the soil are the main reason liners get punctured. A non-woven geotextile cushion — 100 to 830 g/m² — sits under the liner and takes that abuse instead.

Tell us the application, water type, thickness, quantity and destination port. We reply with a suggested specification, a price, a lead time and a container loading plan.

Rolls are wound on cores with walls over 10 mm thick, so they do not collapse when stacked.
Two layers of UV-stabilized PE film, plus a tear-resistant woven jacket on the outside.
Roll lengths are planned around 20GP and 40HQ containers to cut the freight cost per square meter.
Photos, checks and seal numbers are sent to you before the container leaves.

Covers production of our geomembranes and non-woven geotextiles, with regular audits by accredited bodies.
We follow the technical work of the International Geosynthetics Society and its current specifications.
Our in-house test methods line up with third-party laboratories, so results stay consistent.
Buyers can appoint BTTG or TRI Environmental to sample and seal goods before shipment.
For most reservoirs and canals, 1.5 mm is the standard specification we ship. Irrigation canals and farm ponds with a smooth, well-prepared base often use 1.0 mm. Dams with high water pressure, or sites with rocky ground, usually take 2.0 mm or more. Send us your design and we will confirm the thickness in writing.
The material carries an expected service life of 50 years and more in exposed conditions, and longer when the liner is buried or covered. The carbon black in the sheet (2.0-3.0%) protects it against UV, and its stress-crack resistance is tested above 2,000 hours per ASTM D5397.
Yes. NSF 61 certified material is available for potable water projects, so the liner does not add taste, odor or toxicity to the stored water. Please state the NSF 61 requirement when you ask for a quote, and we will confirm it on the technical data sheet for your order.
HDPE geomembrane keeps its properties from -60°C to 60°C. It is used from cold mountain reservoirs to tropical irrigation canals without becoming brittle or soft.
The base must be smooth, compacted, and free of sharp stones, roots and organic material. On rocky or abrasive ground we recommend a protective geotextile layer under the liner. We provide detailed installation specifications with every project quote.
Long seams are joined by dual-track hot wedge welding; corners, pipes and repairs use extrusion welding. Every seam is then tested: air pressure testing for dual-track welds and vacuum box testing for extrusion welds, with destructive peel and shear tests on sample welds.
Trial orders start from 1-3 tons for regular specifications. Standard products are usually produced within 7-15 days after the specification and deposit are confirmed; custom sizes or peak-season schedules typically take 15-25 days. We confirm the delivery date before mass production starts.
Quality warranty agreements of 10-20 years are available, depending on the application environment and the thickness selected. The warranty terms for your project are confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Email us your specification or drawings, or message us on WhatsApp. We will come back with a price, a lead time and a loading plan.
Six details are enough for a full quotation. Drawings or tender documents help us quote faster.
