Copper heap leach pad, 1.5 mm textured + geotextile cushion

The ore loads were punching through the old liner. We supplied double-sided textured HDPE with a 600 g/m² PET cushion underneath, matched to the client's slope and chemical exposure. Once seepage was eliminated, leaching efficiency rose.

Questions Buyers Usually Ask

How do I choose between smooth and textured HDPE?

Use smooth on flat or gentle areas — it welds and tests easily. Use textured on slopes where the liner must grip the soil or the layers above and below it. Send us your slope details and we will confirm which surface fits.

Which resin do you use?

Virgin geomembrane-grade HDPE from Sabic, Chevron Phillips and Borealis. Every resin batch comes with a certificate of analysis, and we share it with your order.

Can I get test reports for my actual order?

Yes. Each production batch is tested in our own lab, and TRI Environmental independently tests against applicable GRI GM13 requirements. BTTG sampling can be arranged on request.

How long does an HDPE liner last?

Buried and correctly installed, HDPE geomembrane is generally rated for a service life of 50 years or more. Warranty terms run from 10 to 20 years depending on the product and application.

What is your minimum order and lead time?

Trial orders start from 1 to 3 tonnes, and a 20GP container is the most economical starting point. Standard production takes 7 to 15 days; custom thicknesses or roll sizes take 15 to 25 days.

Do you help with installation?

Every order ships with an installation and welding guide, welding parameters for your thickness, and seam testing instructions with acceptance criteria. Tell us your crew's experience level and we will adjust the guidance.
