We extrude smooth and textured HDPE liners in our own factory in Guangdong, China — 1.0 to 3.0 mm thick, in rolls up to 8.0 m wide, from virgin geomembrane-grade resin. Send your project spec and receive a full quotation with test documents.
These are the figures most project engineers check before anything else. Every value is a reported test result, not a marketing line.
Typical reported values. Ask for the datasheet and the test report for your batch before final specification — we send them with every quotation.

Pick the surface and thickness that match your slope, friction and containment requirements. Not sure? Send the drawing — we will tell you which one fits.

For flat or gently sloped containment areas where easy welding, fast inspection and a reliable hydraulic barrier matter most. Ponds, reservoirs, wastewater lagoons and secondary containment.
1.0–3.0 mm · Smooth both sides · Width to 8.0 m

Extra interface friction on one face while the other stays smooth for welding and contact layers. Used on slopes, covers and composite liner systems.
1.0–3.0 mm · One textured face · Width to 8.0 m

Friction on both faces for demanding slope stability and multi-layer containment systems. Standard choice for landfills, mining facilities and steep containment slopes.

Softer and more flexible than HDPE — it follows irregular shapes and settlement areas without stress. Food-grade 0.5 and 0.75 mm rolls are the standard choice for aquaculture ponds.

Our own 55,000 m² plant in Zhaoqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone runs automated lines around the clock — so a 40-container order does not push your project into next season.
Head office in Singapore, factory in Guangdong. You deal with the manufacturer directly — no trader in the middle adding margin and delay.
A liner fails where the sheet is weakest, so consistency matters more than any single test number. Four controls run through the whole production.

Geomembrane-grade HDPE from Sabic, Chevron Phillips and Borealis. No recycled content — and a certificate of analysis for every resin batch.
German flat-die and calendering line with controlled cooling keeps thickness uniform across the full 8.0 m width, roll after roll.
Laser thickness monitoring and spark pinhole detection run continuously while the sheet moves — not just at the start and end of a batch.
Production and test records tie back to the roll numbers on your packing list, so your project file stays audit-ready years later.
GRI GM13 is the reference most specifications are written around. Here is the requirement next to our reported results, side by side.
Reported values from our lab and independent testing. Final product selection must follow your project specification and engineering review. How to read a GM13 specification

Every claim below has a document behind it. Ask and we will send the original files before you place anything.

Three jobs, three different problems. Each one started the same way — the buyer sent a spec and asked what we would recommend.
The ore loads were punching through the old liner. We supplied double-sided textured HDPE with a 600 g/m² PET cushion underneath, matched to the client's slope and chemical exposure. Once seepage was eliminated, leaching efficiency rose.

A municipal operator needed a base liner with a 50-year design life and seams tested to ASTM D6693. We produced 2.0 mm smooth rolls at 8.0 m width to cut the seam count, with batch documentation for the environmental review.

Farms replacing aging lined ponds chose flexible food-grade LLDPE that conforms to pond shapes and cleans down fast between cycles. Farm records showed survival rates climbing once seepage and soil contact were under control.

Tenders and environmental reviews stall on missing documents. Everything your project file needs ships with the order — or ahead of it, if you ask.
Six sectors account for most of what leaves our factory. Each has its own thickness, surface and documentation habits — we know them.

Base liners, caps and leachate containment with full batch records.

Textured liners and cushions that survive ore loads and acids.

Water storage that stops seepage losses season after season.

Food-grade LLDPE that cleans down fast between cycles.

Channel linings and containment for infrastructure projects.

Evaporation and process ponds rated for pH 1–13 exposure.
Most liner failures are installation failures. We share what we know so your crew gets it right the first time.

Guidance on surface preparation, anchor trench dimensions and backfill — the parts that decide whether a liner stays put.
Hot-wedge and extrusion welding settings for your thickness and weather window, plus trial-seam practice before production welding.
Air-channel testing for dual-track seams and vacuum box checks for repairs — with the acceptance criteria written out.
How to stack, shade and handle rolls so they arrive at the trench in the same state they left our factory. Read the storage guide
A damaged roll edge can write off hundreds of metres of liner. Our packing routine exists so you never see one.

No forms, no waiting for a sales rep to "check with the factory". You write to the factory.
Application, thickness, surface type, quantity and destination port. A rough drawing is enough.
Product, width and availability confirmed by the people who run the lines — with alternatives if something fits better.
Price, lead time, packing plan and the test documents for your project file, in one reply.
Your rolls are produced, batch-tested and loaded — with photos and seal numbers before the container closes.
Three short guides our engineers point buyers to most often.

Read the techniquesUse smooth on flat or gentle areas — it welds and tests easily. Use textured on slopes where the liner must grip the soil or the layers above and below it. Send us your slope details and we will confirm which surface fits.
Virgin geomembrane-grade HDPE from Sabic, Chevron Phillips and Borealis. Every resin batch comes with a certificate of analysis, and we share it with your order.
Yes. Each production batch is tested in our own lab, and TRI Environmental independently tests against applicable GRI GM13 requirements. BTTG sampling can be arranged on request.
Buried and correctly installed, HDPE geomembrane is generally rated for a service life of 50 years or more. Warranty terms run from 10 to 20 years depending on the product and application.
Trial orders start from 1 to 3 tonnes, and a 20GP container is the most economical starting point. Standard production takes 7 to 15 days; custom thicknesses or roll sizes take 15 to 25 days.
Every order ships with an installation and welding guide, welding parameters for your thickness, and seam testing instructions with acceptance criteria. Tell us your crew's experience level and we will adjust the guidance.
